Creators can directly contact the support team by opening a ticket from their support portal.

### How to open a ticket

  1. Open the top‑right menu (hamburger or avatar) and select <b>Support</b>.
  2. Or go directly to: [https://siggnal.io/ticket](https://siggnal.io/ticket)
  3. Select <b>New Ticket</b>.
  4. Add a clear subject, choose a category, describe the issue, and submit.
